The Pay-It-Forward Fund allows you to sponsor 1-on-1 coaching sessions for rising leaders in emerging markets. You may nominate your own recipient, or CoffeeChat can identify a suitable recipient from a pool of applicants, who are typically early-stage start-up founders or managers at non-profit organizations.
